All in all the hotel had nice, clean facilities but were not that accommodating to their guests. Maybe more of a busines
The onsen was clean and relaxing, but on the small side. Our room was tiny but we made it work for the one night we stayed. I liked the access to the coin laundry and was happy about the easy to understand and use instructions provided (also, there was a coin exchange machine in the lobby)!
The staff were courteous but I felt a bit not welcome when checking in and waiting for our room. We arrived to the hotel three hours before check in time to drop our luggage off and asked if we could get our room even a little bit earlier (my partner was sick and needed to rest). We were told it wasn’t possible, which was okay with us and we went to wait elsewhere. We came back once to use the bathroom in the lobby and my partner needed to sit down while he waited. He used a stool next to the counter. The staff told him that it he can’t sit there as the stool was meant for luggage. There was sofas behind the corner not visible from the counter but we were not made aware of them or even told that we could wait there for our room. It felt as if we were a bother and the staff wanted us out of the lobby as quickly as politely possible. I came to get our luggage five minutes before 3 pm and was told to wait for the five minutes before going in to our room even though it was already cleaned and ready for us. So I was guided to the sofas (for the first time) and waited there with our bags while my partner was already next to our room waiting to get in to rest.

Nice hotel but prefer Lohas
Comfy bed and pillow. Very quiet a/c and humidifier. Lots of complimentary toiletries. Use of Onsen to relax after a day’s expenditure. Keyless and cardless door entry.
Was very surprised to see as shown in the photo. I was shifting the small bench seat a little off the wall so that I could sit on with my legs resting on the bed. The area behind the bench was not vacuumed for some time probably since mid-October. The white slip in the photo was dated mid-October! There are pills and green tea sachet. I hesitated to notify the front desk.
